We are a small company and have a limited budget for sponsorship. Due to the numerous applications that we receive every week, we were forced to make the decision that we do not provide any sponsoring, gifts and free paint any longer.
Can I get free samples of your paint?

Purchase of products
Can I buy your products directly from you?

Do you sell your products online?
At the moment we do not have a webshop and do not sell our products via our website. A lot of independent art webshops sell our products and you can order online via them. Check these webshops:
I can not find your products in the art store nearby my location. What should I do?
It is possible that some art stores do not sell our products. You can ask the store to order our products for you.
Where can I get the colour charts of your products?
You can order it at an art store nearby your location.
I need Cremnitz White (lead white). Can I buy it directly from you?
We are not allowed to sell Cremnitz White (lead white) in tubes in the EU, according to European regulation. We only sell 120ml Cremnitz White cans for restoration purposes. You can order these cans via your art store. Most stores do not have this product in stock. You can ask to order it for you. You can also try to buy this product via art webshops.
Can I become your influencer on Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and other social media channels?
At this moment we are not looking for influencers who will promote our brand on social media channels.
I would like to become your distributor. What should I do?

Factory and museum visits
Can I visit your factory and museum?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory and museum. The visit of the factory and museum is FREE. The visits are possible on Mondays and Thursdays in the period from September till July. The minimum number of visitors is 4, the maximum number is 10. You need te make an appointement for your visit via Mrs Anita Kuijper firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complaints about products
I have a complaint about a product. What should I do?
If you experience an issue with one of our product, please let us know asap. Please send us an email to email@example.com with detailed description, we will examinate the issue carefully and will come back to you in due course.
Use of products
I have Old Holland oil tubes that I didn’t use for 5 (8,10, 15 etc ) years. Can I still use it? Is the paint OK?
Our oil paints contain a very high concentration of pigments and the best quality linseed oil. Therefore, they can last over 50 years in the tubes. As long as they are still soft and usable, then they are fine.
Are your products tested on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. None of our suppliers do animal testing or use animals to collect the ingredients. All our ingredients are free from animal origin.
I am pregnant. Can I use your products?
You don’t need to stop painting and you can use our colours during pregnancy, as long as you’re careful. However, it’s worth knowing that some chemicals in paints of all producers can be harmful if you’re regularly exposed to them in very large doses.

What does the letter before the colour number on your label mean? For example: A1 Titanium White or F39 Cerulean Blue.
The letter before the colour number refers to the colour serie. It indicates the relative price of the colour and is determined mainly by the cost of the pigment. Series A is the least expensive and series F is the most expensive.
What do AP seal and CL seal on the label mean?
The AP (Approved Product) Seal identifies art materials that are safe and that are certified in a toxicological evaluation by a medicalexpert to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic or injurious to humans, including children, or to cause acute or chronic health problems.
The CL (Cautionary Labeling) Seal identifies products that are certified to be properly labeled in a program of toxicological evaluation by a medical expert for any known health risks and with information on the safe and proper use of these materials.
Where can I find the opacity of the colours? I don’t see it on the label.
